Earning Points
Q: How does my business earn points?
Your business points are earned automatically upon completion and payment of qualifying orders. Different services may earn different point amounts. You don’t need to sign up separately or input any codes — just place your orders as usual.
Q: Do I need to do anything special to receive points?
No special action is needed. If you are a Skyline client, your business points are added to your businesses loyalty account once your order is completed and payment is received.
Q: How do I track my business points?
Your business points can be viewed through your client dashboard. This includes current balance, earning history, and any redeemed or expiring points.
Q: Is there a limit to how many points a business can earn?
No. There is no cap on how many points your business can earn, though points do expire if not used within a set period.
Q: Do Points Expire?
Yes. Points expire 120 days after they are issued. Be sure to monitor your dashboard and redeem your businesses points before they expire.
Q: Do points have a cash value?
No. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are only redeemable for rewards offered through the loyalty platform.
Q: Can I transfer or combine points with another account?
No. Points are non-transferable and tied to the business’ account. Only one account per business.
