Q: How do I earn points?

What safeguards are in place to ensure compliance?

No. Participation is completely voluntary. Clients may choose not to redeem points or participate without affecting the services they receive from Skyline.

Do rewards affect the cost of services?
No. Rewards do not reduce, increase, or otherwise affect service pricing. Clients are charged standard rates, and rewards are issued independently of any billing or pricing decisions.

What if laws or regulations change?
If future laws or interpretations of RESPA require changes to the program, Skyline will modify or discontinue the affected aspects to ensure full compliance.
